- You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over €35.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of €5 applies to orders under €35.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-14 business days from the shipment date.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors. most of the time it's faster.

3. Shipping Origin

- All products are shipped directly from our warehouses in China.

4. International Shipping

- We ship to the following countries: Europe, North America, and Asia.
- If your country is not listed, please get in touch with us at info@ayisa.shop to inquire about shipping options.

5. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- AYISA is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

- We are not liable for lost packages but will do our best to help you resolve any issues with the carrier.

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
